The Black Coo — a Highland cow in her natural stubborn glory — is our spirit. Unmistakeable. Uncompromising. We apply that same character to every roast: patient, precise, and proud. We import green beans, via our ethical supply chain, from farmers across the coffee belt, roast them fresh right here in Carluke, Scotland!
Our signature espresso blend, inspired by the black highland cattle, is about strength, resilience and depth of flavour. Espresso based drinks are served at Kona Coffee House in Carluke.
